2.1 Information You Provide Directly

- Account Information: Username, password, account preferences, profile information, and, for Build It Big platform accounts, business name, sub-account details, custom domain settings, and subscription tier
- Booking Information: When you schedule a strategy call or other appointment with us, the date and time you select, your contact details, any answers you give to booking questions, and, if the call is recorded, the recording and any notes we take
- Payment Information: Payment details are collected and processed by third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). We may receive billing contact information, transaction metadata (last 4 digits of card, transaction ID, timestamps), and payment status, but we do not directly collect or store complete credit card numbers
- Communications: Emails, text messages, messages, support inquiries, form submissions, and survey responses
- User Content: Comments, testimonials, posts, feedback, community interactions, and other content you submit
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you access our services, we automatically collect certain technical information:
- Device Information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, and unique device identifiers

5. TEXT MESSAGING (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages, including appointment confirmations and reminders, account notifications, and, with your consent, marketing messages.
- Consent: By providing your mobile number and checking the applicable consent box, or by texting a keyword to us, you agree to receive text messages from Women Wired To Win LLC (Build It Big / Susan Norman Online). Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies by program. For example, you may receive a confirmation and one or two reminders for a booked call, or daily messages during a multi-day challenge or event. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time; you will receive one confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the address in Section 18.
- No Sharing of Mobile Opt-In Data: We do not share your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers who help us deliver messages (see Section 7.1).
- Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. INFORMATION YOU UPLOAD ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE (BUILD IT BIG PLATFORM CUSTOMERS)
The Build It Big platform lets you store and communicate with your own leads, customers, team members, and other contacts ("Customer Contact Data"). This section applies if you are a Build It Big platform customer.
- Your role and ours: For Customer Contact Data, you are the data controller (or "business" under U.S. state law) and we act as your service provider or processor. We process Customer Contact Data only to provide the platform and related services to you, and according to your instructions and our Terms & Conditions.
- Your responsibilities: You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use your contacts' information, for obtaining any consents required to email or text them (including consent required under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and CAN-SPAM), for honoring their opt-out and privacy requests, and for maintaining your own privacy policy where required.
- What we do not do: We do not sell Customer Contact Data, use it for our own marketing, or contact your contacts on our own behalf.
- Requests from your contacts: If one of your contacts sends us a privacy request about data you hold in your Build It Big account, we will refer them to you and assist you as needed.
- Sub-processors: Customer Contact Data is stored and processed by the platform infrastructure providers listed in Section 7.1. Your rights and responsibilities for Customer Contact Data are also set out in Section 7 of our Terms & Conditions. If required for your customers, a Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
7. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
7.1 Service Providers
We share information with trusted third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including:
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
- Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
- Customer relationship management, platform infrastructure, and automation systems (GoHighLevel / HighLevel, on which the Build It Big platform is built)
- Email and SMS delivery providers used by the platform to send messages
- Scheduling and video-conferencing providers used for booked calls (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet)
- Cloud hosting and storage providers (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.)
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.)
- Customer support platforms
These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the business transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.

- Transaction Records: Financial and tax records retained for 7 years in accordance with legal requirements

When we no longer need your information, we will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with applicable law.
